General InformationThe Neurodiversity Academy offers training, consultancy, and coaching services aimed at supporting organisations in working with neurodiversity. Our services provide guidance, support, and advice to help leaders and teams create inclusive environments for neurodivergent individuals. However, please note that our services do not replace medical, psychological, or professional healthcare services.
Non-Diagnostic ServicesThe Neurodiversity Academy and its representatives are not medical professionals and do not have the capacity to diagnose any medical or neurodevelopmental conditions. Our focus is on providing support and practical strategies to help organisations understand and address the needs of neurodivergent individuals in the workplace. If you are unsure about a medical or psychological condition, we strongly recommend that you seek advice from a qualified medical professional.
Responsibility of the CustomerIt is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the information provided during training, consultancy, and coaching sessions is used in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines. We aim to offer best-practice advice and recommendations, but ultimate responsibility for decision-making remains with the customer.
Limitation of LiabilityThe Neurodiversity Academy is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful information, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes for individuals or organisations.
ConfidentialityAll information shared during the course of our services will be treated with strict confidentiality, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to an individual.
AmendmentsThe Neurodiversity Academy reserves the right to update or amend these terms of service at any time. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the terms regularly.
